I have been practicing Yoga since 2008 after a long period of curiosity. Initially I was attracted to Yoga as a therapeutic/relaxation tool. After sustained practice I began to notice lightness within and an ease in dealing with life's challenges. I am still learning daily.
After taking the jump and enrolling on Yoga Teacher Training with Banyan Tree School of Yoga I am now a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance qualified Teacher in Hatha & Hot Yoga.
Yoga has helped me, and I wish to share this with others.
